Chocolate Slabs

Our chocolate slabs are handmade using the finest dark and milk Valrhona chocolate. We combine this with the highest quality fruits and nuts. The nuts are slowly roasted to enhance the taste, texture and flavours. We make our chocolate slabs in small batches which are then broken up and sold in 150g bags.

Often called chocolate bark by our American friends, these slabs are perfect for sharing. We are really pleased to be reintroducing one of our original favourite chocolate slabs for 2011 - honeycomb Chocolate Slab. This slab is delicious 40% milk chocolate with shards of honeycomb scattered throughout.
