A classic Italian pairing of Hazelnuts and dark chocolate. The Mast Brothers have in their view sourced the finest hazelnuts in the world from their close friends Barb and Fritz at Freddy Guys Filbert Farm in Oregon. The Brothers then roast the nuts at their factory in an organic olive oil and then paired with their classic 74% Brooklyn Blend chocolate.
