Made using the finest quality organic cocoa from the Dominican Republic, which is roasted, cracked, winnowed, stone ground and aged in The mast Brothers factory in Brooklyn, New York. This delicious chocolate is then studded with crushed coffee beans supplied by another Brooklyn favourite, Stumpton Coffee. The coffee beans are part of Stumptown's African Direct Trade program from the Kayanza Province in Burundi.
