The second of the Mast Brothers Grand Cru, Chuao bars sits in the middle of the range with a 76% cacao content and benefits from a medium roast. This results in a bar that is spicy with notes of cinnamon, cloves, allspice and tabacco. A lingering buttery rum finish.
