The honeycomb is made by hand in small batches using a secret recipe and when it has set and cooled it is then broken into small pieces. The honeycomb is then double enrobed in luxury Valrhona milk chocolate (40% cocoa content).
The double enrobing gives our honeycomb pieces a really thick coating of chocolate, and makes for a very moreish treat.
