This is an original Chocolate Society recipe from the early 1990's. It combines thick dark chocolate with the finest almonds and pistachios.
We make our slabs in large 1 kg blocks, and then break them down into smaller random shapes and then bag them for your pleasure. No bag will ever be the same - but all bags will be a delight to eat!
