Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have ordered from The Chocolate Society, please contact our customer service team, either through the contact page, or by calling 01749 342884.
We view each return on a case by case basis, and our customer service representative will inform you on what process we would like to complete in order to process your return.
Our standard procedure is that once you have contacted the customer service team, you will be asked to repackage the item send it back with proof of postage to our returns address: The Chocolate Society, Unit 10, Lower Charlton Trading Estate, Shepton Mallet, Somerset. Please ensure that you include the original invoice in the returns package.
Once we have received the item, we will then issue the refund back onto the card that made the initial payment.
