We are always striving for the perfect balance of flavour and texture. So we lovingly hand cook our honeycomb in small batches, using only the finest ingredients. We are proud to say that our secret recipe includes honey from the bees that buzz past our window – their hives are on the farm that surrounds The Chocolate Society HQ.
Once cooked, frothed, cooled and broken into bite sized pieces, each piece is twice-enrobed with the finest chocolate in the world, from the revered French Chocolate Company: Valrhona.
