Opalys is a white chocolate couverture from Valrhona which was launched in 2011.
White chocolate is typically very sweet, and often many find it too sweet for their tastes. However, the new Opalys chocolate from Valrhona is different. It it a lot less sweet than the other popular Valrhona white chocolate couverture; Ivoire. It has a creamy, fresh milk with a hint of vanilla taste.
