The Single Origin chocolate from Ecuador is a deeply intense chocolate bar with ascending floral notes.  Having tried this Ecuador chocolate with both a 73% cocoa content and 72% cocoa content, we experienced a nagging doubt that neither version quite fulfilled the potential of this exceptional cocoa bean. Happily, we found the perfect balance at 72.5%.
