46% Dominican Republic Ganache

A classic ganache made a high percentage single origin milk chocolate. A silky smooth chocolate with intense notes of cocoa & a touch of dried fruit.


The captivating flavour of fresh cardamom is captured perfectly. We infuse fresh crushed cardamom pods into cream for a genuine flavour.

Salt Caramel Crunchy Praline

This beguiling praline pushes all the right buttons with soft-set salted caramel over crunchy almond & hazelnut praline.

Fennel Pollen
