Caraibe is a chocolate couverture made by master chocolate makers Valrhona, in France. This particular couverture is made from Trinitario cocoa beans all sourced from the Caribbean Islands.
This chocolate has a sweetness of the tropics, but it also has an intense flavour with hints of dried fruit, toasted almonds with a slight woodyness. It is a distinctive, yet delightful chocolate.
It is the perfect chocolate for moulding, enrobing and also for use in a pastry deserts.
