Manjari is a single origin Madagascan chocolate couverture from French chocolate maker, Valrhona. It is a dark chocolate, with a 64% cocoa solid content.
It is a very fruity chocolate, with tones of red fruits, and is slightly acidic in nature.
We use this Manjari chocolate in our single origin Madagascan chocolate truffles. It's a lovely chocolate and due to it's cocoa solid percentage being relatively low for a dark chocolate, it allows for the chocolate ganache to be rich, yet not over powering.
This is a 3kg Bulk pack, which is suitable for home chefs, and professionals alike.
