Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage (in the footer links section) and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect & How

When you create an account with us, we will collect your contact information, email address, phone number if inputted and also your billing/shipping address. We store this information on our secure server, Shopify which hosts our website and is GDPR compliant.

We will also collect your email address, if the tick box “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers” is selected at the checkout. If selected, we will store your email address only on our email marketing campaign software and will be used for marketing purpose only. We will never share this information with any third-party organisation.

The Information We do not Collect

When you enter your credit card details onto our secure website, we encrypt your card details and send it to our card processing company (HSBC), we will never actually store your card details, they are simply encrypted and sent to the card processor.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself or others, when shipping to an alternative address, when placing an order to complete that order and to send notifications regarding the status and progress of the order. This information is then stored, as mentioned in the previous section, on Shopify, to enable you to log in, to easily place orders without entering all the contact details again.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our emails as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. In short – unless you select for us to use your email for marketing purposes, we won’t use it.

Who it will be Shared With

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online with any other third-party organisation, unless given the opportunity to sign up to another companies email list whilst for example entering a competition, or unless it is to provide a better service for you, such as sharing your preferred contact details with a courier to notify you on expected delivery times. You will need to give a separate approval of this in the process of submitting your details.

Marketing

There are three ways to sign up to our email marketing, either by submitting your data via the pop-up when you initially visit the store, filling out the form at the bottom of our website to sign up to our newsletters, or at the checkout, if “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers” is selected.
