We send all of our UK Mainland deliveries (excluding Highlands and Islands) by DPD so they are usually on less than a 2 day service with tracking information provide.

Standard Delivery:
Our standard UK mainland (excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland delivery is a DPD Next Day delivery service. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland orders will be sent via Royal Mail on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on an economy service.
You will receive an email from DPD Local the morning of delivery giving you a one hour delivery slot. If this is not convenient, you can arrange for the delivery day to be changed or for the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour.
Please note, this service is SIGNED FOR and we cannot be liable for the delivery if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery.
If you would like us to re-send the parcel, additional shipping must be paid at £6.50 per parcel.
FREE UK Shipping on orders over £50:
Orders over £50 qualify for FREE UK Mainland Shipping, which is dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery. If your order is over 2kg, this will be sent via DPD Next Day Delivery, which will require a signature.

Please Note: All deliveries will only occur on working days (Mon - Fri), excluding bank holidays. Please note, a signature is required for DPD Next Day delivery, unfortunately we are not responsible for a failed delivery if no one is available to sign for the parcel and the parcel is returned to the DPD sorting office. Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
