We have carefully chosen the very finest French Valrhona couvertures to be used as the base of all our exquisite chocolate bars, including characterful, single origin chocolates. We pair these Grand Cru chocolates with equally outstanding ingredient. Whether that is the world’s finest sea salt from Halen Mon in Anglesey, or freshly roasted coffee from our friends at Roundhill Roastery in Bath. Only the finest ingredients make it into our speciality bars. Each is carefully chosen to complement the unique flavour profile of each chocolate.
Featuring a beautiful vintage colour pallet, our bars are hand-packed in boxes that are printed and made only a few miles from our premises in rural Somerset.
