You may receive an email from the courier the morning of delivery giving you a one hour delivery slot. If this is not convenient, you can arrange for the delivery day to be changed or for the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour.
Please Note: Orders will only be dispatched on Monday-Thursday, excluding bank holidays. Please note, a signature is required for DPD Next Day delivery, unfortunately we are not responsible for a failed delivery if no one is available to sign for the parcel and the parcel is returned to the DPD sorting office. Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
