You may receive an email from the courier the morning of delivery giving you a one hour delivery slot. If this is not convenient, you can arrange for the delivery day to be changed or for the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour.
Please note, this service is SIGNED FOR and we cannot be liable for the delivery if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery.
If you would like us to re-send the parcel, additional shipping must be paid at £6.50 per parcel.
Please Note: All deliveries will only occur on Monday-Thursday, excluding bank holidays. Please note, a signature is required for DPD Next Day delivery, unfortunately we are not responsible for a failed delivery if no one is available to sign for the parcel and the parcel is returned to the DPD sorting office. Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
