Our fresh chocolate bonbon and truffles are made without preservatives, made using only the finest Valrhona chocolate, with real cream, herbs and spices. We craft our chocolates to have perfectly thin and crisp shells and work tirelessly to ensure expertly emulsified and smooth ganache and caramels.
As we never use any preservatives in our fresh chocolates, we can offer a 6 week shelf life but always make to order and posted next day delivery ensuring you can make the most of their six weeks shelf life.
