At the Chocolate Society we craft delicious, fresh chocolates. Real fruit purees and fresh garden herbs or exotic spices complement our luscious ganache, caramel or praline and grand cru chocolate. Our chocolate bars are nuanced and special. Our honeycomb, candied fruits, and caramelised nuts, are generously enrobed in finest chocolate.
We only use highest the quality chocolate, made by the revered French chocolate company, Valrhona. They provide us with the pick of the world's finest cacao. We draw from Valrhona's palate of over 200 aromatic profiles for limitless chocolate possibilities. Valrhona's select origin cacao beans, with high cocoa solids and pure cocoa butter, are conched slowly and expertly for up to 72 hours to ensure exceptional texture and flavour development.
In addition to the finest chocolate, we want you to taste the genuine flavour of our choice ingredients. Each of our fresh chocolates is a microcosm of pure flavour, without cloying essences or any added faux-flavourings.
There are no short-cuts to create the perfect chocolates. So, we craft our chocolates in small batches, taking up to 4 days from start to finish. We work hard to achieve a supremely luscious texture to our ganache so that each chocolate will exquisitely melt in the mouth.
