Due to the beautifully textured surface of the pecan, when caramelised, the molten caramel floods the grooves and dips, hugging every contour of the nut, creating a wonderfully unpredictable depth to the caramel layer and a deliciously variable crunch. Our caramelised pecan is then enrobed in a double layer of our house blend of Valrhona milk chocolate for that ultra-smooth, final flourish.
We think that our Chocolate Caramelised Pecan Nuts are utterly delicious and could easily devour them alone but they make an equally lovely gift, if you can bear to give them away!
