I have mastered truffles, ganaches and desserts, but my tempering is still more miss that hit, so to have proper instruction would help no end!

I am a self confessed chocoholic.
I marvel at the skill and patience I see in master chocolatiers and would love to have the chance to learn how to make stunning chocolate for my loved ones. It would be a vast improvement on my weak, cracked, chrystalised attempts over the years!!

I have had difficulty finding a chocolate course. I found a couple that were not run because of insufficient numbers. I should add I am based in London.

I have never seen how chocolate is made or crafted. It would be good to learn and gain knowledge about quality, types and to taste. It would be an interactive chocolate educational experience from bean to bar.

Two things I have made a complete hash at are tempering and making Easter eggs, so I’d definitely be interested in hands-on learning about that. Eggs are not just for Easter, of course!
