I am a self confessed chocoholic.
I marvel at the skill and patience I see in master chocolatiers and would love to have the chance to learn how to make stunning chocolate for my loved ones. It would be a vast improvement on my weak, cracked, chrystalised attempts over the years!!

We are family from Hong Kong and will visit UK during Aug 13-18, 2018. We google UK only London Brixton offering a per-book and drop-in class for chocolate workshop. If this summer your shop can offer fun chocolate classes, kindly let me know the detail. Everyone love chocolate but just too few workshop available in UK.

I have had difficulty finding a chocolate course. I found a couple that were not run because of insufficient numbers. I should add I am based in London.

I have never seen how chocolate is made or crafted. It would be good to learn and gain knowledge about quality, types and to taste. It would be an interactive chocolate educational experience from bean to bar.

I’d love to learn how to make the perfect chocolate truffle; to get fantastic flavour and consistency. And then cover it in a crisp dark chocolate shell. Heavenly!

Two things I have made a complete hash at are tempering and making Easter eggs, so I’d definitely be interested in hands-on learning about that. Eggs are not just for Easter, of course!

I think there should be a competitive element between the students and a prize for the best creation!
