We have been working with Somerset food photographer Neil White for nearly a year and have been thrilled by not only the quality of his photographs, but how easy he is to work with.
Neil has been responsible for all of the product photography on the website and we are looking forward to working with him on some new projects in the near future.
In March of this year Neil asked whether we would like him to come and take some production shots in the factory to add to his portfolio and allow us to give a glimpse behind the scenes at our Somerset chocolate factory.
In quite a short period of time, Neil was set up and shooting our head chocolatier in action tempering chocolate, cutting and enrobing our fresh ganache.
We love the look and feel of Neil's photographs and the ability he has to create drama and energy into every shot.
