My husband has a vegan diet so I would create a vegan chocolate bar – he loves a treat! It would be creamy and sweet, with exotic flavours of natural coconut and lime with a hint of ginger to spice things up. I’d be in the good books for a while if this dream came true!!

I understand that when you put raspberries in a dehydrator and then whizz into a powder it creates a very intense raspberry flavour. Maybe this powder infused in and scattered on a dark chocolate.

I commented on Instagram, but I’ll comment here just in case this is where the entry form is supposed to be! My two ideas were: pistachio and honeycomb dark chocolate, or fleur de sel + clementine + elderflower. Ooh, those would be so tasty!

I like the idea of a good quality dark chocolate with small bits of honeycomb.

Milk chocolate, with a squidgy cherry filling and almonds. Topped with a drizzle of almond flavoured white chocolate to create a bakewell bar. Yum!
